To what extent is interoperability a tool for competitiveness in the silver economy?
Dr Harriet Teare is the Programme Director for the UK SPINE Knowledge Exchange, at the University of Oxford. The UK SPINE KE aims to build the framework for an accelerated pipeline of affordable medicines for healthy ageing. Dr Teare was previously a Research Leader at RAND Europe, and draws on multidisciplinary training encompassing chemistry, science policy, and ethics and governance of medical research, to address significant questions relating to the future of healthcare delivery.
