Which innovations to prevent and manage care workers occupational risks? |
CARSAT Aquitaine is a private company with a public service mission to provide insurance for work accidents and occupational diseases. The company operates at a regional level for the ATMP (Accidents de Travail et Maladies Professionnelles) branch of the French Social Security system.
Marissa LEPAPE received her BA in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College – Massachusetts, her MA in Social Psychology from the University of Bordeaux and her Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
After ten years in project management roles including organizational audits and psychosocial risk prevention assessments, Marissa completed the national accreditation program and joined CARSAT Aquitaine as an Occupational Health and Safety professional. Her responsibilities include:
-designing and delivering training to executives and workplace health & safety representatives,
-performing worksite assessments and advising companies on policy, analyzing incidents, promoting hazard control and prevention strategies, promoting regulatory compliance.
