I have just registered for the event, how do I collect my badge?

Your badge will be available at the welcome desks when you arrive at the event.

It is no longer possible for me to participate at the event, what should I do?

One of your colleagues can replace you at no extra cost. Please can you contact us in order to change the visitor’s name.

Does the registration fees include meals?

Registration fees include refreshments in the morning and in the afternoon as well as lunch on both days. We have also organised an evening cocktail reception on Day 1 to which you are invited.

How do I get to Lille and the event venue?

Business convention

I have just registered and have not received my personal ID and password yet for the business convention platform, what should I do?

Participants’ access to the business convention platform is created within 48h after registration and sent to you by email. If you don’t receive this email, please contact us at ageingfit@eurasante.com and we will be happy send it to you again and ensure that your account has been created.

I have registered for the business convention, when will it possible to start organising business meetings?

One month before the event, you can start to access other participants’ profiles and select the most relevant organisations to meet during the event. Once your selection is complete, you can start sending meeting requests. Participants may accept or decline meeting requests. This means that you only meet the most relevant participants for you.

I would like to attend some of the conferences, how can I manage my availability?

Please enter the times where you are occupied with other activities and the business convention platform will schedule meetings for you and display when you are not available.

Can several colleagues attend the same meeting?

It is possible to select several participants from the same company while organising a meeting. Once you have confirmed your participation at a meeting, please select all the participants from your company who will attend.

Conferences

Does my pass allow me access to all the conferences?

All the passes provide access to the conferences as well as to the exhibition area. If you also wish to attend one-to-one meetings, we highly recommend that you choose the full pass option. Visitor passes do not provide access to the business convention.

Will there be French language support for the conferences?

As 50 % of AgeingFit’s participants come from outside France, all of the conferences will be held in English. There will be a simultaneous audio translation in French. 

When will the programme be available?

The conference topics will be finalised in advance of the event and will be available on our website. The website is updated regularly when we confirm a new speaker. A preliminary programme will be published a few months before the event. To make sure you receive it, subscribe to our monthly newsletter.

We are always looking for new experts to contribute to our high-quality conference programme. Please contact Claire for more information.

Exhibition

Does my pass give me access to the exhibition area?

All the passes provide access to the conferences as well as to the exhibition area. If you also wish to attend one-to-one meetings, we highly recommend that you choose the full pass option. Visitor passes do not provide access to the business convention.

I am an exhibitor, when can I arrive to set-up my booth?

Your booth is fully equipped and furnished. You can access the exhibition area from 6.00 pm on 5th February or before the event starts, from 7.30 am on 6th February. Please ensure that you collect your exhibitor badge before you enter the exhibition area.

I would like to have materials and furniture delivered directly to the venue, how should I proceed?
