Which current applications and adoption for robots and virtual reality in older adults’ homes?
Peter Munch Andersen is a professional business developer and serial entrepreneur who has always invested time, money and ressources in projects and technologies that help people improve their life.
As active investor and board member in Takeawalk VR, Peters primary role is to establish and follow the strategy – and to develop concepts around well-being.
I.e. developing the Anti Bullying Simulator for schools as well as a global platform for school children to share everyday situations.
The latest project from Takeawalk addresses #loneliness among senior citizens living alone in private homes. Every Tuesday and Thursday at 12 noon, they put on their VR headsets and meet with likeminded people. Sometimes they play online games together or watch movies from Thailand or the Eiffel Tower whilst talking to each other via the headset.
