Technology and collaborative working between hospitals and care homes: Opportunities to enable enhanced clinical interventions for care home residents?

Zdenek Gütter, PhD has his expertise in healthcare innovations based on information and communication technologies. He focuses on new health and care models using digital technologies and assessment of innovative services and their impacts. He is particularly involved in deployment and scaling up of digitally-enabled care solutions for chronic diseases. He is an expert of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic for care integration and digital tools for person centred care, and coordinates programs and international projects for the Czech National eHealth Center (NTMC) of the University Hospital Olomouc (UHO). He acts as site coordinator in EIP on AHA and Reference Site Collaborative Network.
