How are care homes evolving and innovating to provide long-term care at home?

Nina Hynninen is a Registered Nurse and has a PhD degree in nursing science. She is an experienced leader in special health care, private home care and elderly care in public and private sectors, where she has combined care responsibilities with business responsibility. Currently Nina is working as an Executive Director in an elderly care home operated by a non-profit foundation. In addition, Nina is a vice chairwoman in the Finnish Nursing Association.

Nina has published several international academic articles and completed her doctoral dissertation about care of people with dementia. Nina has also been contributing to a number of cross-industry projects improving care practices and processes through digitalization.
